Shipping Information

 

Babette's Furniture delivers to the Central Florida area only and is a full service furniture company that prides itself on having the best delivery teams in the area. You can expect white glove service no matter what you purchase.

With white glove service, you can rest assured that your merchandise is thoroughly inspected at our distribution center upon its arrival, then heavily padded and loaded onto our trucks. When our delivery team arrives at your home, they will review your order with you, place the furniture where you choose and wipe it down completely of any dust or lint it acquired in transition. Our delivery team is truly one-of-a-kind. We fully expect you will be impressed with these gentlemen and we encourage you to provide feedback in regards to your delivery experience.  Please note that our delivery men are not experienced electronic technicians; therefore we cannot install any electronics into entertainment units or office furniture. 

Our delivery team is equipped to take payments at the time of delivery. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.  

Deliveries will be scheduled when your merchandise arrives at our distribution center. At this time, our delivery coordinator will contact you to schedule the day you wish your furniture to be delivered. The afternoon prior to delivery, you will be contacted and given a small two-hour window of when our truck will arrive at your house. If for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule delivery, we ask for 24 hour notice.

 

Pick-ups

You may elect to pick up your items at are our Distribution Center Monday through Friday 9am - 3:00pm.  Please contact shipping@babettesonline.com or call 1-352-728-5600 to arrange a pickup.

Babette's reserves the right to refuse loading customer merchandise if we determine it may result in injuries or property damage.

It is your responsibility to properly secure merchandise into your vehicle.

Babette's is not responsible for any damage to or loss of merchandise or damage to any vehicle during merchandise loading or transportation.

 

Returns

Any item (with exception of bedding and clearance items) can be returned within 7 days of receipt.  All items must be in original condition to be eligible for return.  Any and all damage must be previously noted at the time of delivery or reported to our customer service department within 24 hours of delivery.

Babette's will arrange to pickup your return merchandise in a timely manner.  Items returned will incur a 25% pickup and restocking fee.

Clearance Items are not eligible for return or refund and are sold As-Is.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed in a timely manner.  Refunded amounts will be the original price including sales tax minus any applied pickup and restocking fee. All payments will be refunded in the same manner as originally received with the exception of cash.  Cash will be refunded with a corporate check that will be issued within 10 days of the receipt of returned goods.

Damaged Items

Any and all damages must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receipt to service@babettesonline.com or call 1-352-728-5600 . Babette's Furniture reserves the right to repair or replace at their discretion.  Repairs will be performed onsite or in certain cases will be returned to our distribution center, repaired, and re-delivered.  All repairs are done to "good as new" standards.  Any item not repairable to "good as new" standards will be replaced as available.
