Construction & Quality:

Solid North American Hardwood - No imported softwoods. 100% Made in the U.S. Quality checked from the seedling to the final product.
8 Wood Species: Oak, Rustic Oak, Cherry, Rustic Cherry, Maple, Wormy Maple, Quarter Sawn Oak, Walnut.
CAREFUL PRODUCTION - Sanding is one of Mavin's specialties. Extreme care in processing comes from the fact that they know each piece of wood and its characteristics since the time it was a tree!
FINE FINISHING - It is the last step, but it makes the difference. The finishing is designed to safeguard the beauty and integrity of heirloom quality furniture. Catalyzed Conversion Varnish (CCV) Finish: Harder, more durable than lacquer. Resists scratches, stains, and moisture. CCV is like rebar in concrete stronger, longer-lasting protection.
DINING TABLES feature 1" thick solid wood tops (25% more lumber than competitors). Fifth center leg supports tables with 2+ leaves.
BEDROOM pieces feature solid wood side rails, English dovetail drawer construction. Beds have an adjustable center support slats prevent sagging ("hammock effect"). Storage options: Footboard, side drawers. Cast iron corner brackets for extra strength.
