How can I schedule delivery if I order online?
After you place your online order a member of our team will contact you discuss your order processing time and to schedule delivery.
I would like to order online but I do not see the exact fabric I like.
Online ordering is limited to the fabric/finish shown for each product. Please contact us to work with a sales associate to discuss fabric/other options for a product. For example, if you see a sofa in white but you would like a blue fabric instead, please contact our store to work with a sales associate and see fabric swatches.
If I order online who will deliver my furniture?
Whether you order online or in store, all orders receive our exemplary white glove delivery service. You will see the Babette’s truck and our delivery team, not any other delivery company. Babette’s exclusive delivery service is second to none! Our delivery team is comprised of highly trained Babette’s employees that take pride in doing their absolute best for each and every customer, which is why we have spent the last 30+ years focusing on the details.

I have been working with a sales associate and I am ready to complete my order online, will they receive credit for the help they provided?
On the order page there is a place to enter the sales associate name or number. Or feel free to contact your sales associate to complete your ordering process.
I have a balance due on my order, can I make my payment online?
Yes. You will need your customer code and payment amount. If you do not have this information please contact your sales associate. Please note this payment will be applied to your customer account with our store, NOT a financing account.
